Introducing Overtime Central Quick Links

Overtime Central is pleased to announce a Quick Links feature. The most recent Quick Links can be found in the sidebar and will display in descending order. A feed is supplied for those that want to track updates through a feed reader.

Quick Links will consist of links to media stories or posts that interest me with a quick commentary on the subject. This will allow for more timely posts of breaking news and stories that I want to bring to the attention of Overtime Central readers. Full posts and Notebook entries will be reserved for longer commentary on topics.

We hope you enjoy this feature and we encourage you to subscribe. This is just one new feature preceding our re-launch coming early next year.

Jim: Thanks. We appreciate the positive comments much more than the name calling we receive on the street.

Yeah, Gord can be kind of an arse… especially when he’s been drinking.

With these issues resolved, the bidders need to work on player issues with the league as the last major issue. It is possible the framework could be in place to get tentative approval at the CFL Congress Feb. 12-15. The franchise would then have time to finalize negotiations for the stadium lease and team name to be awarded the franchise and be fully operational by training camps in May. #
