CFL Goodies

CBC has released CFL team wallpapers with the team logo and individual schedule displayed. Despite their small size, I thought some may find them useful.

Sportsnet has brought back the Canadian Football Survivor contest. Pick one winner every week. You only have 3 lives. Make it to the end of the season to win prizes. Join the OvertimeCentral group with the password cfl2006.

Overtime Central also has available for download a complete monthly calendar for the 2006 CFL season in PDF format.

Update: CFL.ca has CFL Wallpaper as well, although slightly outdated (anyone for Roughrider wallpaper with Nealon Greene as the feature player, or Renegade wallpaper?), they are available in slightly larger sizes and are linked here for completeness.

    More Bomber Sale Details → Franchise is worth $8-10 million (by new standards) so Asper gets a portion or all of it for partly funding new $100 million stadium. I cannot see how a private/public partnership could work; if Asper buys the Bombers, I think it would have to be 100%. I think there will be a lot more questions asked before this goes through. #
